Ingredients for White Chocolate Icing: 1-2 tsp half & half or heavy cream 170 gram/ 6 ounces softened butter (at room temperature) 1 ½ cups of icing sugar (sifted) 115 gram/ 4 ounces white chocolate chips or white chocolate
Directions: 1.In a double boiler, melt chocolate chips, and set aside to cool. 2.In a bowl or stand mixer, cream butter until light and fluffy. 3.Then start with 3 tbsp. of icing sugar at a time and add all the sugar, beat at low speed. 4.Beat in the melted white chocolate, 5.Beat on high for about 1 to 3 minutes until the buttercream frosting is smooth, fluffy and will hold a peak. 6.Add food color if you wish, spread on cupcakes, cakes, graham cracker or treat of your choice.
