INGREDIENTS:
FIRST STEP:
Mutton with bones and some fat 1/2 kg
onion medium size 1
ghee/oil 1/3 cup
ginger garlic paste 1 1/2 tbsp
red chili powder 1 tsp
turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
salt to taste
coriander powder 1 1/2 tbsp
white cumin seeds 1 tsp
SECOND STEP:
cloves 6-7
coriander whole tsp
whole black pepper 1/2 tsp
cinnamon stick 2 pieces
black cardamom 1
green cardamom 3-4
nutmeg powder a pinch ( optional)
mace powder a pinch ( optional)
FINAL STEP:
wheat flour 3 tbsp ( aata)
crushed red chili 1/2 tsp
crushed black cumin 1 tsp
Garnish with:
sliced ginger
fresh coriander leaves
Serving suggestion:
serve with garam garam tandoori naan, or fresh homemade chapati(roti). Don't forget to make extra chapati :)
