Desi Ghee = 1 table spoon.
Piyaaz (Onion) = 1 medium size.
Hara-Dhaniya (Coriander Leaves) = 15-25 leaves.
Tamatar (Tomatoes) = 1 medium size.
Hari Mirch (Green Chilli) = 3.
Ginger and Garlic Paste = 1 and half table spoon.
Dhaniya (Coriander) = 1 table spoon.
Chili Flex = half tea spoon.
Lal Mirch Powder (Red Chili Powder) = half tea spoon.
Aamchur Powder (Raw Mango powder) = half tea spoon.
Chatt Masala = 1 tea spoon.
Garam Masala Powder = half tea spoon.
Besan = 3 table spoon.
Namak (Salt) = 1 tea spoon.
