Egg Rolls Recipe Chinese - Easy Homemade Egg Rolls Video Tutorial




Learn how to make Chinese Egg Rolls at home. Very easy step by step video. Perfect snack for every occasion. Instead of ordering takeout dish make your own chicken and vegetable stuffed Egg-Rolls.
Ingredients: 1 ½ cup boiled, shredded chicken 2 eggs, fried and chopped 2 cups cabbage, sliced 1 medium bell pepper, sliced 2-3 stems of green onion 2 tbsp. oil Vegetable or sesame ¼ tsp salt 1 tsp black pepper powder 1 tbsp. soy sauce 2 garlic cloves. Chopped 1 egg for binding 10-12 spring roll wrappers (sheets) Oil for frying
Method: 1.Heat 2 tbsp. oil ad chopped garlic and fry for few seconds. Do not burn. 2.Start adding cabbage, bell pepper sauté for one minute. Then add green onion, chicken and sauté for another one minute. 3.Add salt, black pepper and soy sauce. Mix to combine and cook on medium flame for another 1-2 minutes. 4.Remove from heat and cool this mixture for 10 minutes. 5.Starting with the longest side toward you, place about 3 tablespoons of filling in the upper area of the triangle. Fold the two pointed ends of the wrapper in and roll to enclose. Brush egg on the edges and press gently to secure and seal. 6.Heat oil in a large wok or fry pan on medium high heat. Fry egg rolls for until light brown in color. Don’t burn because everything is cooked already. 7.Serve with ketchup or accompaniments of your choice. 8.Enjoy. Good Luck!
